1. Introduction

Welcome to ChopTime ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ChopTime food delivery platform, website, and mobile application ("Service"). By accessing or using ChopTime, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Service.

2. Definitions

• "User" – any individual or entity using the ChopTime Service.
• "Restaurant Partner" – third-party restaurants that prepare and provide food orders.
• "Delivery Partner" – individuals contracted to deliver food orders to Users.
• "Order" – a request for food delivery placed through the ChopTime platform.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate registration and payment information.
• Not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Ensure availability to receive deliveries at the specified location.

4. Ordering and Delivery

ChopTime acts as an intermediary between Users, Restaurant Partners, and Delivery Partners. We do not prepare food and are not responsible for food quality, but we facilitate the ordering and delivery process.

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payments

All payments must be made at the time of ordering through the ChopTime platform using the available payment methods. Prices include applicable taxes and delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders may only be canceled before acceptance by the Restaurant Partner.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
• ChopTime reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChopTime shall not be liable for:

• Food quality, safety, or compliance with dietary restrictions.
• Delays, cancellations, or delivery failures outside of our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ChopTime platform, including logos, trademarks, text, and software, is the property of ChopTime and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
